Licence and Register Checks
Claims came first. Before depositing on 7 September, Cooper Hayes read the footer, the promotion cards and the FAQ on unitedau.com, looking for a company name, a licence number he could search and a full set of terms, and he found none of the three. A recheck on 28 October 2026 counted four licence claims, from a Gaming Curaçao logo to a PAGCOR logo, and none of them quoted a number.
Registers came next. The Curaçao Gaming Authority licence register returned no company rows that could be searched by name, and the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission permit holder list had no entry containing UnitedAU. ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites, last updated on 20 July 2026, did not include the brand's domain.
Third-party assessments went into the notes with their source attached. Casino Guru gave UnitedAU a Safety Index of 4.8 out of 10, and Trustpilot showed 26 reviews, of which 23 were visible and counted by hand.
Sign-Up and Login
Registration was timed from opening the form to reaching the signed-in screen. On 7 September the form opened at 10:03:42 AEST, the SMS code arrived 42 seconds after it was requested and the account loaded at 10:07:00, a total of 3 minutes 18 seconds.
Every later login used the same mobile number and a fresh one-time code, on both Chrome on a Mac and Safari on an iPhone 15 Pro. One sign-in on 19 September hit a maintenance notice at 22:36 and worked again at 22:39.
Deposits and the Payment Instructions
Deposits were timed from sending the money to seeing it as available cash. The A$50.23 PayID deposit took seven minutes, and the A$80.00 bank transfer took 26 minutes. Neither carried a fee.
Cooper read the payment instructions before each transfer, because the cashier notice asks players to check the current bank details every time. He recorded the exact amount the cashier asked for, A$50.23 instead of A$50, and kept the payee name out of the published findings, even though PayID shows that name before every payment.
Pokies Sessions on the Record
Each session went to one title and was logged with its stakes, returns and net result. Six sessions on six pokies produced A$422.00 in stakes and A$402.77 in returns.
The lobby showed about 1,240 visible tiles, including promotional and repeated entries, so that count is not a game total. Provider labels were noted as the casino's claim, because the game files were not checked against the studios' own servers.
Identity Check Under the Clock
The identity check was timed from upload to approval. UnitedAU asked for photo ID and proof of bank ownership seven minutes after the first withdrawal request, the documents went in at 14:46 on 9 September and approval came at 11:05 the next morning, 20 hours 19 minutes later.
No later step asked for the documents again.
Two Clocks for Every Withdrawal
Each withdrawal was timed twice: from the request to the approval, and from the approval to the bank. A payout counted as paid only once the bank showed it.
| Withdrawal | What the two clocks showed |
|---|---|
| A$60.00, 9 Sep | Approved after 43 hours 10 minutes, banked 5 hours 18 minutes later |
| A$51.00, 18 Sep | Still pending at 78 hours 18 minutes, banked at 124 hours 30 minutes |
The log holds no approval time for the second request, so the findings give only its end-to-end time. A support chat on 19 September gave no payment date for it.
Support Chats With a Fixed Question
Each chat opened with one question that has a checkable answer. Cooper asked for the company name and licence number, for the meaning of winover on the bonus cards, and for a payment date on the pending A$51.00. The first substantive replies took 6, 45 and 25 minutes, and none of them answered the question asked.
Limits That Were Actually Tried
A limit only counts if it stops a deposit. On 20 September at 12:00 Cooper saved an A$20 daily deposit cap, then attempted an A$25 deposit, and the cashier rejected it before showing any payment instructions.
That was a single attempt. It was not repeated across several days or through another payment method, and self-exclusion was not tried. The responsible gambling page explains how to run the same check on your own account.
What This Check Did Not Cover
Some questions about the UnitedAU casino stayed open, and the findings say so instead of guessing. No bonus was claimed, so the meaning of winover and any maximum bet stayed unconfirmed. The Apps Download file was not installed. Cards, e-wallets and USDT went unused, so the findings give no speed for any of them.
The casino scoring method turns these records into a number, and the editorial policy sets how each one is worded.
