Who Signs the Pages
Cooper Hayes writes every page on unitedau.io under his own name and ran the account the findings rely on. That name goes only on text he has written and verified.
If someone else ever corrects a lone figure, for example an updated cashier limit, a dated note at the head of that section records the change.
Which Sources Come First
Sources are ranked, and a higher rank wins when two of them disagree.
- The account records. Transaction history, bank statements, chat logs and the times written down during each step.
- The casino's own material. Promotion cards, cashier notices, FAQ answers and the site settings visible in its page source, each quoted as the casino's statement.
- Regulators and registers. ACMA, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and licence registers such as the Curaçao Gaming Authority's.
- Named third parties. Assessments such as Casino Guru's, always attributed and never presented as the site's own test.
- Public reviews. Trustpilot posts and similar, counted by hand and reported as what the reviewers said, not as proof.
When the casino contradicts itself, both versions go into the text. On the UnitedAU casino findings page, for example, the promotion text says its 100% bonus matches the first deposit, while the card itself opens only after the 50% card, and the findings quote both.
What a Date Means
A date on unitedau.io marks the day something was checked, not the day a file was saved. The UnitedAU account, run under the real-money checking method, ran from 7 to 21 September 2026, follow-up checks continued until 28 September, and the promotion cards, footers and registers were read again on 28 October.
All account times are given in AEST, UTC+10, because NSW daylight saving started only on 4 October 2026.
How Corrections Work
A reported error is checked against its source before anything changes. If it holds up, the wording is fixed and a dated note at the top of the section shows the original figure beside the corrected one. Nothing is removed quietly.
Send suspected errors to [email protected] with the page, the exact sentence and your evidence. Verified fixes are normally live within 48 hours, and the contact page lists the subject words to use.
Commission and Advertising on unitedau.io
unitedau.io earns no commission from UnitedAU, sells no advertising and accepts no paid placements. The buttons that lead to the casino run through a /go path that earns nothing (see the affiliate disclosure).
The weights in the casino scoring method are public, so a reader can check that the 1.4 out of 5 follows from the published subscores.
Rules for Wording
Three rules decide how a claim is phrased on this site.
- Every number names its source. A payout time, a limit or a wagering figure comes from the account, a card or a register, and the sentence says which.
- One result stays one result. A$51 arriving after 124 hours 30 minutes describes one withdrawal on one account, not a forecast for anyone else.
- Unknowns stay unknown. When support could not explain winover, the findings say the meaning is unconfirmed instead of guessing.
What unitedau.io Will Not Publish
Ranked lists of casinos, reviews of casinos nobody here has funded and played, and paid articles do not appear on this site. No page here guarantees a win or describes any bet as safe, and wording that does should be reported as an error.
